TIC Gums, established 1909, and their team of food scientists, known as the Gum Gurus®, offer texture and stability products for the food service industry. TIC Gums wanted to create an award to recognize outstanding sales performance within their organization. The "Outstanding Sales Guru" award was designed around their Guru logo. Each new sales winner's name is engraved on the name plate on the perpetual trophy base. This custom bronze perpetual trophy is displayed within their organization and honors those who have surpassed their peers in performance.
