Sculpting Process for the Ritz Carlton Golf Club, Dove Mountain

Inspired Bronze has completed the digital sculpture for “The Showdown” Men’s Member-Guest.
 
Digital sculpting, also known as Sculpt Modeling or 3D Sculpting, is the use of software that offers tools to push, pull, smooth, grab, pinch or otherwise manipulate a digital object as if it were made of a real-life substance such as clay. Digital sculpting allows for the artwork to be created only once but prototyped at multiple sizes.
 
This custom bronze award was sculpted digitally by an Inspired Bronze artist and is ready to be crafted at 9” and 12” in overall height. The 9” sculpture will be used as individual champion trophies and the 12” sculpture will be used as a perpetual trophy for the club, mounted to a larger base with removable brass name plates to add champion’s names each year.
