We ship our personalized awards from the purpose-built Grove, OK Society Awards production facility.

There’s no need to choose. Since Inspired Bronze joined the Society Awards family of brands, we have benefited from the industry-leading standards of service, quality, and production. In fact we work out of the same offices and ship from the state-of-the-art Society Awards production facility. Inspired Bronze specializes in traditional style luxury bronze awards. If you are looking for a classic, realistic bronze sculpture, you should reach the Inspired Bronze team. What kind of award should I get?

Do you offer bronze repair?

No, unfortunately we no longer offer bronze repair. Your best bet may be to search Google for another local metal foundry that can accommodate your project. If you are experiencing a problem with a product that we created, reach out to our team at info@societyawards.com for assistance.

What is a custom award?

Custom awards refer to a sculpture that is designed and crafted to your exact specifications. This is a longer but very enjoyable process for when your recognition awards need to have a very specific appearance. Custom awards are unique to the client who creates them and they will exclusively own the final production design.

The alternative to a custom award is a stock trophy. Custom awards can—but do not always—cost more than stock trophies. We have a wide selection of stock awards in many different colors, finishes, materials, and styles. Many clients can find a customizable, in-stock trophy that provides an excellent fit for their program.

What are your lead times for custom awards?

Lead times vary based on your award project. Custom awards projects start with the design phase, which can range depending on the level of intricacy, the expediency of feedback and edits, and the fabrication method. For a newly designed, cast bronze or metal trophy, the design phase may take four (4) to six (6) weeks. The design phase is reduced, in some cases significantly, for more simple, 2-dimensional forms.

Following the completion of an agreed upon design, we can begin production. This process as well varies greatly. For acrylic or flat designs, production can take as little as three (3) to four (4) weeks. Fir cast bronze awards, production will take roughly 14 weeks [or three and a half (3-1/2) months}. Plating choices can increase this timeline as well. For other complex metal sculptures and large production runs, especially overseas, the production could be as long as six (6) months.

What if I don’t have that much time?

If you need a custom award but your timing doesn’t align with the above lead times, you should reach out to our team. It is possible that we have a solution you hadn’t yet considered. Ultimately, our team is made up of unmatched, industry-leading expertise. If an award can’t be made up to our high standards in the time you have, we will let you know and we will present you with all the possible alternatives. That could be changing the production method or material of your project, simplifying the design, or switching to a highly-customized, in-stock product for this year’s program and getting started on a fully custom option for the following year.

Can you recreate my existing award?

Yes. We have a lot of experience replicating existing awards designs. We have an expert design and engineering team that recreates existing awards in 3-dimensional rendering software for production. While the final form may have minor differences, our clients find that detailing and finish are much improved when replicating an award with Inspired Bronze.

What is ready-to-award?

Ready-to-award refers to our collections of stock trophies. Some of these awards are in-stock for personalization and dispatch from our Grove, OK production facility. Other select items are available with a slightly longer lead time of an additional 2-3 business days from approval of artwork proof.

What is the Society Awards online store?

Our online shopping experience has been transitioned over to the Society Awards online store. Through this exceptional store, you can purchase some of the most stylish and well-crafted stock trophies on the market. The Exclusives Collection, for instance, is available only through Society Awards and is designed and crafted by the same team that makes many of the world’s most famous recognition awards.

What are lead times for in-stock and stock awards?

For any products we stock from our Oklahoma production facility, the lead time is five (5) to seven (7) business days from date of artwork proof approval. For products that we do not keep in our production facility, the lead times range from seven (7) to ten (10) business days from date of artwork proof approval.

What is the Exclusives Collection?

The Exclusives Collection from Society Awards is an unprecedented collection of high-end stock trophies. These are stylish and unique recognition awards available through Society Awards, designers of many of the world’s famous, televised and prestigious recognition.

The Exclusives awards are designed and crafted by this same team of custom awards experts. These trophy forms are the next best thing to fully custom awards.

What are Selections?

Selections refers to awards that we source from industry partners. We can them ‘selections’ because they are designs that we think our customers will like and that we selected from a much larger catalog of awards that we can also source. This means if you don’t see the stock trophy you want, you should reach out to our team and we can help to track it down for you. Additionally, feel free to explore our stock awards on the Society Awards online store.
