A custom trophy is the best way to continue your company’s unique visual branding into your recognition program. This in turn makes for a more meaningful trophy.
When you start a custom awards project with Inspired Bronze, you will receive a dedicated account manager who will be an expert in all details of your account and will guide you throughout the process.
Our custom awards start with an initial design call with your account manager where they will flesh out all of your needs and wants for the program. Once we have all the information about your brand, awards program, and company, we can start coming up with the design.

Design Proposal
Our world-class team of designers process the information and assets that you provided to your account manager and begin coming up with unique designs to suit your program.
This may include a number of designs if your vision is more general or may be limited to a single design if you have a very specific vision. For instance, if we are recreating an existing award trophy with minor improvements, there will be one design in your proposal.
After your feedback and edits, we will have the final awards design that will become your custom trophy. You will own the final design that you select and pay for but not the other versions or proposed designs.
Set-ups and Molds
Once we are through with the design phase, it’s time to begin trophy production. Depending on which material and production method we are using to create your awards—which will be discussed with your account manager—a mold may be needed.
For any cast awards, a mold is absolutely necessary. This mold is the key to your exceptional recognition awards. It will allow us to produce consistent and exceptionally-detailed production runs.

Finishing Details
We know the details matter. From the quality of the plating to the thoroughness of polishing and down to the layout of the personalization, we take as much pride in the final details.
If you choose to have your award plated, as in our signature 24k gold plating with hand-polishing or any number of our stunning finishes, or choose a luxury matte, brushed or polished surface on the bronze material, you can be sure the appearance will be impressive.

Personalization
We personalize custom and stock trophies in our centrally-located, US production facility. This stage can add a lot of character to the final award and is ultimately what means the most to the recipient: seeing their name.
Our state-of-the-art facility has the capability to complete many methods and styles of personalization. We invest consistently in new technology and training to ensure the personalization is top-notch.
Among the available methods of trophy personalization, we have color printing, engraving, laser etching, and color-fill.

ing, Shipping, & Delivery
Our production team in Grove, Oklahoma is expertly-trained to make sure that your awards arrive on-time and well protected.
Each shipment from Grove is carefully inspected multiple times through the process of personalization, packing and shipment. We want your honoree to know just how important they are.
Your account manager was your guide throughout the process of making a custom award. In post-shipping, that will be no different. Through to final delivery and after, your account manager will be available to assist with any questions you may have.
